On this 2-week tour we'll discover the wealth of exciting destinations that lie between the two cosmopolitan capitals of Santiago and Buenos Aires. Travelling south from Santiago's temperate climates, we call in at some of the most exciting locations in the Patagonian Lake District, which also offer a host of possibilities for exhilarating outdoor activities. With a week to spend in this area, we'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the region's stunning lakes, mountains and volcanoes. Our journey continues across the heartland of Argentina to the Valdes Peninsula on the Atlantic coast, where we go in search of wildlife - depending on the season there could be the opportunity to spot sea lions, whales, orcas or even penguins. As we head north, Patagonian desert gives way to the verdant rolling Pampas grasslands and our adventure draws to a close in the City That Never Sleeps, Buenos Aires.
