Start your holiday in Cape Town, one of the world's greatest cities. Travel north through the wine growing areas to the drier Karoo. Perhaps try a gentle canoe trip on the Orange River before marveling at the vastness of the Fish River Canyon. Next are the world’s oldest sand dunes, use your time to climb Dune 45 for a once in a lifetime sunrise. Continue through the Namib Desert to Swakopmund before finishing your tour in Windhoek, Namibia’s modern capital.

From modern Windhoek, we travel to Swakopmund and the Cape Cross seal colony. See cheetahs up close and then sit quietly at the waterholes of Etosha National Park; who knows what animals might turn up for a drink? Namibia is a photographer’s dream. It has rugged mountains, wild coast, amazing wildlife, stark deserts and fascinating tribes. On this short lodge-based tour, we explore Etosha National Park with its abundance of wildlife and flood lit waterholes perfect for game viewing, and roam the desert plains and dune fields of the Namib Naukluft Park. We visit a Refuge and Rehabilitation Centre, and spend time in the coastal town of Swakopmund.
