Travel Review Club FAQ

How do I make a reservation

We're a full-service agency, offering every trip imaginable and if you don't see it on our site, simply give us a call. Make sure you advise us that you are members of our Travel Review Club and we will include a special line item on your vacation quote request to specify how much you will be paid for your review when you return.

We'll be very upfront about this before you book.

Can I take someone else with me?

Yes, you can take whoever you want with you on vacation however you will only be paid according to those names listed on your Membership. If you have a Couples Membership but you decide to take a vacation with a friend rather than your significant other, you will be paid for your review based on you portion of the trip. You can both be paid for indepenently reviewing your vacation if your friend may obtain their own Single Membership - payment will be based on their portion of the trip.

Can I cancel my membership?

Memberships are non-refundable once paid and non-transferrable.

Can I change my membership?

Yes, you can change your Membership but only during the renewal period which begins 7-days prior to the expiration of your Membership. You cannot change your Membership after your Membership is paid and in effective.

How do you calculate what you pay for Reviews?

Reviews are based on how much we get paid for reserving your travel and since we don't get paid for airlines, you won't either. That leaves the land portion of your vacation - hotels, cruises (yes, it's considered land!), trains, cars, tours, etc. You will receive approximately 5% of the land portion of your trip - excluding taxes, port charges, service fees (typically cruise lines - we don't add these charges!).

Can I reserve just airline tickets?

No, to be eligible to be paid for your Review, you must have purchased a land-based component such as hotel or tour. With the state of airlines these days, we do not get paid for airline tickets nor would we ask for a review of airlines.

Is there a time limit to complete my Review?

Yes, you have thirty (30) days to complete your review to be eligible for payment. Reviews not completed in that time period will be locked and ineligible. As time lapses between your vacation and writing a review, details are lost therefore we require that you finish your review as quickly as possible.

Why is there a word requirement on my Review?

Unfortunately there is always someone trying to beat the system, submitting a review like "Hotel great! Destination good. Geared toward couples." We are paying for your personal insight based on your subscription and you must write about certain items of your vacation, a review to help others decide ont their next vacation. Would the above Review give you enough information to make a decision on a destination or resort?

Why can't you match my price?

We will do everything we can to match prices however some of the mega-sites undercut everyone, discounting even when they are not allowed to! We will try to match apples-to-apples (air schedule, airline and resort) however if you allow us we will offer comparable packages. For instance, one client had a 4-night Amsterdam air/hotel package for $1,100 per person from a company that rhymes with "Mammalocity". We price-matched a boutique hotel in the center of downtown rather than "Mammalocity's" airport hotel -- AND we added one additional night for just $20 more per person! Our customer service is where we beat the mega-sites.
